1. Purpose & Association Status
The God and Nation Foundation (GNF), its ministries, and affiliated associations operate under ecclesiastical jurisdiction, providing spiritual, fiduciary, and educational instruction through private association.
All public-facing web content, learning portals, FAQs, promotional materials, and digital media are intended exclusively to support our members in understanding spiritual formation and private trust principles.
2. Nature of Content & Disclaimer of Professional Advice
Religious Living Viewpoints: All teachings, discussions, modules, and materials shared across GNF web properties reflect religious living viewpoints and ecclesiastical principles grounded in belief in the Creator and Creator-endowed rights.
Not Professional Advice: GNF instruction is not legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. It is provided to support righteous stewardship and proper internal governance, not independent or unsupervised execution of public trust or estate authority. It should not be relied upon as secular legal or financial counsel.
3. Membership, Confidentiality, & Agency
Confidentiality: All private educational content and member interactions are confidential and governed by applicable private membership and nondisclosure agreements (NDAs/PMAs).
No Agency or Authority: Participation in or interaction with GNF website content, modules, or sessions does not grant authority, standing, capacity, agency, or fiduciary power to any member or visitor.
Authorization Requirement: No member is authorized to act on behalf of any GNF-granted or affiliated trust unless there is express written authorization and active oversight from a duly appointed GNF Steward acting within GNF’s ecclesiastical jurisdiction. Any action taken without such authorization is outside GNF governance, considered a private act of the individual, and may result in internal ecclesiastical remedies, including disassociation.
